CNC Rotary Bender

Pines Model CNC025 combines form and function for fast, repeatable bending of parts up to 1" O.D. steel tubing. With a maximum 4" centerline radius, capacity to perform 1 x O.D. radius bending, and the ability to program up to 80 bends per part, the CNC025 offers flexibility and high production capability to manufacturing operations. Controlled by state of the art PC based touch screen control, the CNC025 can accomplish draw bending and open or closed collet bending depending on the required application. All three major axis are electrically driven and each axis is fully programmable. Designed for speed, ease of use, and repeatability, the CNC025 sets the industry standard for technical innovation and quality.

No Need To Modify Tools

The CNC025 is capable of bending part shapes requiring stacked tools for dual radii or compound bends without changing tooling. Designed to open automatically, the pressure die and swing-away wiper die on the CNC025 eliminate the carriage interference that other benders commonly experience.

No Need To Trim Scrap

Parts can be cut to length before bending on the CNC025. Closed loop positioning insures the accuracy of each part shape during the bending operation.

No Limit On Part Length

Pines unique hitch feed feature makes it possible to bend parts of virtually any length. By eliminating tool/carriage interference on the final bend, the hitch feed program increases machine productivity and reduces material waste.
